At Douglas Gillespie Plant our number one goal is to ensure our customers are entirely happy with the quality and reliability of our service and products. We take care in listening to your needs and do our utmost to ensure your productivity is always up and your materials handling equipment will not let you down. We guarantee our customers that we will respond to them at least within two hours of call-out. As our engineers are strategically based around the country, we are often able to reach customers well before that time when they need us. In fact, in a recent survey our customers told us that the quality of our engineering service and our relationships with our customers are our number one strength. |
